Wiring instructions:
 

·         Yellow wire connect to shift solenoid A

§  1G DSM Orange wire

§  2G DSM Grey/red wire

·         Brown wire connect to shift solenoid B

§  1G DSM Yellow/Blue wire

§  2G DSM Orange wire

·         White/Yellow wire connect to neutral safety switch low position

§  DSM yellow/red wire

·         White/Brown wire connect to neutral safety switch 2^nd gear position

§  DSM yellow/black wire

·         White/Green wire connect to neutral safety switch Drive position

§  DSM yellow wire

·         Grey wire connect to one side of overdrive off switch *

·         Grey wire connect to one side of overdrive off switch *

These connections are for 1^st gear in “L” position, 2^nd gear in “2” position, and 3^rd gear in “D” position when using the factory shifter. Overdrive switch will only function then in 3^rd gear position to enable/disable 4^th gear.

If using in conjunction with one of our shift boxes, use our TCU package or similar method to toggle power between the shift box or neutral safety switch. Only one method of control should be powered at a time to prevent unwanted behavior. No additional diodes are required with this module or the shift box, direct connection to solenoids is all you need.

Fused / ignition switched power must be provided to blue/black wire at the neutral safety switch on a 1G DSM or blue/red wire on a 2G DSM.

* If using overdrive (4^th gear) connect the 2 grey wires to a switch with normally open contacts for 3^rd gear and closed contacts for 4^th gear. You can use the factory overdrive off switch by removing the factory connections and connecting to the switch between common and normally open contacts. If using as a 3 speed transmission simply snip and insulate the grey wires, they are not required.
