Warranty: Contact us for
support in diagnosing a problem before determining the item to be
defective. If the item is under warranty and needs to be returned to us
for repair or replacement we will give you further details on how to
return the item to us. We are not responsible for the shipping expenses
for the returned item, we will cover the return shipping expenses back
to you for Domestic shipments only. International warranty shipments
will be charged actual shipping costs. It is recommended that you insure and use delivery confirmation
on all returns as we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Returns: Items eligible for
return are new uninstalled items only! Any returns that need to be made
will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of
the day you received the item(s) from us. Before making a return be sure
to contact us so we know to expect it. We are not responsible for the
shipping expenses for the returned item, we will cover the return
shipping expenses back to you. It is recommended that you insure and use
